Conference Production Intern
Support Sales & Event Manager in preparation for and during the annual National Bioneers Conference. The Conference Production Intern will primarily solicit potent ial exhibitors, enroll exhibitors, troubleshoot enrollments and fulfill benefits. The intern will also be responsible for organizing, fulfilling and distributing exhibitor credentials. The Intern will be the primary contact for exhibitors before and during the conference. The Intern will also manage the conference online community by populating content, starting and moderating discussions, assisting Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Speakers with connecting with conference attendees via the social network, etc. Other conference production responsibilities may be assigned as determined by the Sales & Event Manager.
