Join our Work Exchange Program. Work exchange members help to create a positive experience for all Bioneers Conference attendees.

Benefits include:

• Free admission to the conference
• Experience in working with a large group of committed individuals

Throughout the Year

There are so many ways to contribute to Bioneers. In addition to financial support, you can contribute your time and talent!

If you’d like to lend a hand, please fill out our Volunteer Application (PDF) to let us know how you can help. You can fax it to us at (505) 986-1644, Attention: Volunteer Coordinator. For more information email volunteer@bioneers.org.

Currently we could use a helping hand in the following areas:

• Monthly Mailings – Help with membership appeals, renewal notifications and sending out member benefits. This mailing usually takes place from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the 15th of each month.
• Special Mailings – Sent out at key times of the year, such as at solstices and year end.
• Data Entry – Add new or update existing contacts in our database.
• Conference Registration – Help Bioneers register for the Annual Conference during the late summer and early fall months. This task requires extensive data entry skills.
• Post-Conference Support – Immediately following the Annual Conference in late October through November, there is still plenty to be done! The Conference generates hundreds of product orders that require completion and there are follow-up mailings and data entry projects.
• Archiving – Audio archiving for the Communications department.
• Blogging & buzz – Can be done from anywhere! We encourage Bioneers everywhere to create and maintain blogs on our website.
• Outreach at Community Events – Many community events benefit from the presence of Bioneers.
• Special Events – Support Bioneers at local community events in Santa Fe and elsewhere.
