Bioneer since 2007
Ginger discovered Bioneers in her first weekend of moving to Santa Fe. She arrived in the cozy mountain town looking to escape the hectic pace of the east coast and trying to find a more meaningful purpose for her skills. What she discovered in the world of Bioneers was a place to put her event production & sales experience to work for the greatest good.
Ginger's first events included her own surprise birthday parties, since no one else was hosting them. Professionally she's also worked with the Sydney Olympics, Hoop It UP Basketball Tournaments, Santa Fe's Pancakes on the Plaza, and the NM-ACLU's annual Bill of Rights Celebration.
While Ginger's favorite part of her job is standing on stage at the Bioneers Conference each year, and having everyone's undivided attention for logistical announcements, she also enjoys working for and with the companies that sponsor, exhibit and donate to our 2 annual auctions. Additionally, her co-workers bring her joy each day, even if they have never thrown her a surprise party either.
She enjoys life outside Bioneers with her husband, small son, and dog. Her favorite things to do are soaking in the views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, drinking coffee, starting sewing projects she rarely finishes, bike commuting the lengthy 1 mile trip to work, and playing the musical saw.
Favorite Cause: World Peace.
