Mark Dixon

Mark Dixon has dedicated his life to the performing arts, entertaining audiences through choral and solo vocal and acting performances, including jazz, comedy, gospel, opera, improv, musical theater, and classical religious music. In 2007 he decided to refocus his life on helping America work with the world community to address the issues of global warming and energy depletion by launching YERT (Your Environmental Road Trip), a year-long, filmed eco-expedition through all 50 states, excerpts of which will be screened at this year's Moving Image Festival. Dixon is also one of 1000 climate messengers trained by Al Gore to give presentations about the climate crisis.
