Bryant Terry is a nationally recognized eco-chef, author, and food justice activist and is currently a WK Kellogg Food and Society Policy Fellow. His critically acclaimed first book (co-authored with Anna Lappé), Grub: Ideas for an Urban Organic Kitchen (www.eatgrub.org), was called “ingenious” by The New York Times Magazine and won a 2007 Nautilus Book Award.
