Jason Negrón-Gonzales is a planning committee member of the Movement Generation Justice and Ecology Project, a Bay Area strategic leadership project connecting racial and economic justice organizers with the fight against global warming and environmental degradation. He has spent the last 10 years as a community organizer, activist, and trainer in the Bay Area, working on issues such as welfare reform, housing policy, low-wages, stopping the war in Iraq, and the independence of Puerto Rico.
