Carol Misseldine has been advancing environmental protection initiatives for over thirty years. She recently co-founded the California Product Stewardship Council and until December 2006 served as then-mayor Jerry Brown’s sustainability director for the City of Oakland. Misseldine currently works as an independent consultant whose clients include Clif Bar, Green Cities California, and the City of Mill Valley. From 1992 to 1996, Misseldine served as executive director of the Michigan Environmental Council.
