Adrienne Maree Brown is the executive director of the Ruckus Society. Ruckus trains and supports the social justice movement nationally in nonviolent direct action and strategy. Adrienne sits on the boards/advisory committees of several organizations, including Wiretapmag.org, the Allied Media Conference, and the Brower Center. Adrienne is also a singer/songwriter and a trainer/facilitator who focuses on organizational development and building movement (most recently with Detroit Summer and Colorofchange.org).
