“Rockwood trainings are brilliantly designed and executed – a profound combination of strategy and insight. I feel a greatly enhanced level of human-ness and intimacy in connection with my colleagues, and I know that this work will serve to propel our shared concerns toward more rapid change in the world.”

An Invitation to Social Change Leaders to the Art of Leadership

November 12-15
Talaris Center
Seattle WA

The Rockwood Leadership Program promotes social change through delivering expert tools in organizational leadership and collaboration to progressive non-profits.

Rockwood’s ART OF LEADERSHIP is an invitation to join a select community of social change leaders in creating and sustaining compelling visions for their organizations while dealing more effectively with organizational challenges.

THE PROGRAM:

This four-day intensive seminar is designed to teach powerful visioning, listening, speaking, presentation, coaching, team-building, and feedback skills to emerging and established leaders.

THE TRAINERS:

Leslie Sholl Jaffe is a consultant with the Stratton Consulting Group, an international firm specializing in transformational change within large organizations, as well as Claire Raines Associates, focusing on generational diversity in the workforce. A recipient of the ARC International Founder’s Award for Excellence and Outstanding Contribution, Leslie is also the former executive director of two non-profit organizations.

Michael Bell is a nationally-recognized expert and keynote speaker on establishing and re-energizing effective diversity councils. A leader in the fields of organizational development and strategic planning, Michael is a core member of two national think tanks, Fetzer Institute’s “Healing the Heart of Diversity” and the “Bohmian Dialogue Research Group.”

COST:

Rockwood believes leadership can and should reflect the diverse communities in which we live and work. Reflecting our commitment, and thanks to the generous support of the foundations and donors who support us, we underwrite up to 75% of the cost of trainings for leaders whose organizations have limited resources. The sliding scale cost for this training is $500 to $2000, based on your organization’s annual budget. There will be a separate room and board fee of $500 to cover the full four-day training.
