An experiential training for women interested in drawing from their deepest inner resources to fuel significant progressive change in the world.
Designed for women activists, philanthropists, social entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders — women of all cultures, ages and backgrounds, who are working toward a more just, healthy, and ecologically sane world. This training is an opportunity to learn how to better value and cultivate your own leadership capacities, while connecting you with a network of allies for ongoing support. Emphasizing the unique qualities and opportunities that women bring to leadership, this training will help you to:
- Develop a stronger connection to your own purpose, the source of authentic leadership
- Explore the nature of shared leadership, and other approaches useful for this time
- Grow your relational intelligence, with skills to help navigate diversity and develop collaborations
- Investigate challenges with competition, power, and internalized oppression
- Cultivate and experience a diverse regional network of women who can support each others' leadership development, during the retreat and into the future
- Develop an inner toolkit for cultivating your own leadership in an ongoing way
TUITION: Sliding Scale: $150-$2350
Our intention is to attract and gather women from throughout New Mexico, with as much diversity as possible. The world changes when we sit down together across race, class, age, sexual orientation, and issue focus, and speak our truths to one another. Our intention is to create as inclusive a circle of women as we can, without money being a barrier. The direct costs for this residential training are $1350 per person. With each woman paying what she can within the sliding scale, we hope that the full costs for a total group of 24 will be covered.
