Hello - I have an idea.

Is it possible to bring all the countries in the world - who could - together to recycle discarded plastics (and to add more, no doubt), to collectively manufacture immense white sheets of floating plastic "ice" to protect the darker waters surrounding the melting polar caps from absorbing the sun's rays?

Might this be a better option than making winter gear and loading garbage trucks and landfills with plastic rubbish?

Perhaps Cristo, the fabrics artist, would help to jump a few manufacturing ditches...??
