For Racial and Economic Justice Movements in the Bay Area

Convened by: the Movement Generation Justice and Ecology Project.
A broad spectrum of local racial, economic and environmental justice organizers has been exploring how to “green” the struggle against poverty and structural oppression while building a coherent front to demand equity in government and “green jobs” programs. Panelists will share examples of successful cross-issue, cross-community partnerships.
