Cultivating Women’s Leadership brings together women of diverse cultures, ages and backgrounds to learn from and with each other. Just read what women had to say about the intensives.
Emphasizing the unique qualities and opportunities that women bring to leadership, this training will help you learn practical skills to:
- Develop a stronger connection to your own purpose
- Explore the nature of shared leadership and practice reclaiming your own inner authority
- Hone your relational intelligence, helping you navigate differences to enhance collaborations
- Cultivate a practice of inner reflection to better align your intentions and behavior
- Experience how powerfully women can help inform, grow and strengthen each other
- Investigate challenges with competition, power, self-limiting stories and internalized oppression
- Learn tools and practices to continue to refine and cultivate your own leadership

NORTHERN NEW MEXICO, JULY 19-24, 2010
The Ocamora
Retreat Center -- An elegant adobe ranch compound nestled in the
foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, hours northeast of Santa
Fe. Participants will enjoy organically grown and lovingly prepared
food. Lodging is private, shared, or dorm spaces, or guests can bring

TUITION, LODGING & MEALS FOR EACH INTENSIVE
$1450 actual cost, with a Sliding Scale, $200-$2700. We aim to attract a diverse circle of women with no barriers related to ability to pay. Limited scholarship opportunities available, with priority given to low-income women of color, and women from the region.
